No. Very simply put plants can produce 2 types of oils: fixed oils or carrier oils that are greasy and can be applied directly on the skin and essential oils that are highly volatile and cannot be applied neat on the skin.
Carrier oils like coconut, almond, olive, walnut, sesame oil etc are produced from the fatty parts of the plant like seeds, kernel or nut, while essential oils are produced from different parts like leaves, stems, flowers, roots etc. Normally, essential oils are more precious and more expensive than carrier oils.
